Delivery Charge:
We are based in Auckland, our shipping costs include both shipping and handling fees to ensure your plants are packaged with care and arrive in excellent condition.
Here are the shipping options and costs based on your location within New Zealand:
Auckland Region: $10
North Island (excluding Auckland): $18
South Island: $25
We offer free shipping on orders over $129!
Delivery Times:
We ship orders Monday and Tuesday to avoid plants being held by courier companies over the weekend.
We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, shipping and delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information. Please note that any estimated delivery dates provided are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Addresses:
We accept both business and residential addresses for delivery. Please provide a physical street address where you would like your plants to be delivered. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, as we want to ensure your plants reach you safely and in excellent condition.
